Returns & Refunds
Because each Frequensea item is made to order, we don’t accept general returns for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or size/fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, we encourage you to use the size chart on each product page or email us with questions before ordering.

Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please email us w/in 7 days of delivery at: support@frequenseadesigns.com and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Size & Fit
Because items are made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference, or change of mind. If you believe your order doesn’t match the size chart or there’s a quality issue, email us within 7 days and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Non‑Returnable Items
We are not able to accept returns for:
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Orders placed for resale, redistribution, or dropshipping
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
