All Frequensea pieces are made to order. This allows us to produce thoughtfully and avoid excess inventory.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing times may increase slightly during high-volume periods.

Shipping: Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

Because our hoodies and tees are crafted in small batches with different specialized partners, some items may be processed and shipped on slightly different timelines. This means orders that include multiple items might arrive in more than one package or on different days. Rest assured, your full order is still on its way, and you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Frequensea™ products are shipped for personal use and gifting only; we do not support shipping arrangements for resale, redistribution, or dropshipping orders.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Delivered But Not Received Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Frequensea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, we recommend:

  1. Waiting 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered early.
  2. Checking around your property, with neighbors, or your building's mailroom.
  3. Contacting your local carrier directly with your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@frequenseadesigns.com and we'll do our best to help.

International Orders At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future. When available, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
